Entrepreneur Profiles: TXEntre Stars

We are in a new era of worldwide entrepreneurship. People in every realm of business are striking out to build and create new firms, often in brand new industries, and are developing a new equity base for their communities.

Entrepreneur Texas' women and minority entrepreneurs are emerging as national and global leaders with enormous potential. They exhibit a highly competitive spirit, are willing team players, and are builders in their communities. They are also highly ethical leaders who believe in values-based decision-making focused on relationships and the greater good.

Successful entrepreneurial leaders and founders must become masters at managing interconnections. They gain their power and authority from their abilities to innovate, influence, and build relationships and affiliations. They are simultaneously leaders, doers, teachers, and visionaries.

We call our "hall of fame" for TXEntre women and minority entrepreneurs TXEntre Stars: Excellence in Entrepreneurship.

Our TXEntre Stars are grouped in the following three categories:

Rising Stars - are entrepreneurs whose experience may encompass one or two start-ups or an early-stage success. They have firmly demonstrated their leadership in the business world and service to their communities. The average annual revenues for a Rising Star's firm are most likely in the range of $500,000 to $2 Million.
Constellations - are serial entrepreneurs who have found success in one or more companies and who continue to explore opportunities and develop new firms. Or, they may be an entrepreneur whose firm is in a strong growth mode. The average annual revenues for their highest earning company among Constellation entrepreneurs will range from $2 Million to $10 Million.
Galaxies - are well-respected, highly sought after, and often world-recognized business leaders. They have founded and/or led a number of successful companies while experiencing a failure or two along the way. The Galaxy entrepreneurs are usually known for their high energy and passionate pursuit of business opportunities as well as serving their community with that same passion and integrity. The average annual revenue for a Galaxy entrepreneur ranges from $10 Million into the hundreds of millions.

We invite you to read these profiles and learn from the challenges, triumphs, failures, and wisdom of our TXEntre Stars.
